Custom designed, hand-gilded frames

One of our proudest collaborations to date is with artist Bo Bartlett, a painter based out of Columbus, Georgia. We have worked with Bartlett for over a decade, designing and fabricating custom gilded frames for his large-scale Realist oil paintings. When Bartlett approached us back in 2010 to design a frame for his most recent work, the process was a collaborative one between our designers and Bartlett’s studio. What emerged was the Cabot-Anderson profile—a frame that Bartlett and his galleries now use regularly on his exhibited paintings. Today, we send Cabot-Anderson frames across the country for Bartlett’s shows, carefully packing and shipping each one to be assembled and fit on site.

We are proud to see that our Cabot-Anderson frame has become a constant in Bartlett’s recent exhibitions—like this one at Ameringer | McEnery | Yohe in New York—highlighting and enhancing his paintings in a way that only the perfect frame can.
